Family: Solanaceae This brugmansia is an unusual montane species from the Andes Mountains, from Columbia to Chile, that thrives along cool California coastal areas. It fails in warm climates. Narrow orange-red trumpets with yellow veins and a yellow throat and smaller, lobed leaves set it apart from the common hybrids.
