NEW! 2008 - This dense evergreen woody vine is festooned with exquisite 3 inch purple trumpet-shaped flowers, fading with age to lavender, then to white. It's spectacular in full bloom as these various shades of color are on the vine at the same time. Blooms in Spring and again in Fall. Named because the crushed leaves emit a strong garlic odor. Plant in full sun with regular watering. Grows 20 to 30 feet. Hardy to 35F. From Mexico and Central America.
