If you wish to accept substitute plants for any that might be "Out of Stock", please write down the names before proceeding to "Checkout", where you will have the opportunity to list them.

If there is inactivity for more than 3 hours, basket contents are removed and put back in inventory.

Credit cards, checks, or money orders are accepted for payment. However, credit cards are preferred. We accept Visa, Discover, and Master Card. They are not charged to your account until the day your order is sent. We also accept PayPal. Cards processed through PayPal are charged at the time of the order. We also accept American Express cards, but only through the PayPal option.

You may also proceed through "checkout" and send us the order by choosing the Phone or Check option. If we do not receive your phone call with payment information or check within 1 week, we will assume that the order is cancelled. Payment by check can result in a delayed shipment until paid by your bank.

For your protection, "Checkout" pages are secured to ensure your transaction data is safe. Credit card numbers and personal information are encrypted and sent to us through Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with industry standard 128-bits encryption. You will notice that when you are checking out, the web address begins with "https" instead of "http". There is also a lock icon either beside the address bar or in the status bar at the bottom of your browser's screen. All of this indicates that SSL is in use and your information is secure.
