The leaves of this begonia are of ordinary shape and average size, but what stands out about them is the color. No matter what light you grow it in, it's going to be the intense bright green color that gives it its name. It looks like someone took a green begonia and then injected it with more green, just to make sure it was green. It is then topped off with chocolate to nearly black markings and edges which frame the green. It makes a nicely shaped plant with a little training and is very easy to grow. This begonia will really brighten up any shady spot. New introduction for 2017. (Thompson)
