A compact growing cane with dark olive leaves with red backs. Rubra type cane. Flowers are pale pink and everblooming. Castaway comes close to being a perfect plant. It's easy to grow, blooms continuously, and doesn't seem to get mildew. Makes a great windowsill plant, potted plant, can be used in landscaping, and easily makes a perfect hanging baskets with little training. A great plant for experienced or new begonia growers. Flowers are two-toned red and white. Blooms in flushes but attractive even out of bloom. Stems are low and arching habit similar to Begonia 'Shinnecock'.
